Responsibilities
- Design and implement the AI Flywheel for training and deployment.
- Build and maintain distributed training pipelines using tools like PyTorch DDP and Horovod.
- Develop data mining and active learning strategies for training data prioritization.
- Automate model evaluation and selection for rapid iteration.
- Create infrastructure for model packaging and rollout across the fleet.
- Ensure the flywheel is reliable, reproducible, and scalable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ML infrastructure or model pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with distributed training and pipeline orchestration tools.
- Strong engineering fundamentals and debugging skills.
- Passion for developing self-improving AI systems.
- Experience in autonomous vehicles or sensor-rich ML systems is preferred.
