Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing engineering support in fixture design, part inspection, process automation, CNC programming, and robotics.
- Analyze manufacturing difficulties to determine root causes and define corrective actions.
- Implement and revise manufacturing documentation for machine work instructions, troubleshooting, and inspection sheets.
- Write technical reports to document engineering analysis and findings.
- Produce engineering drawings using CAD for fixtures and tooling.
- Participate in operational and financial analysis to recommend new tooling and equipment.
- Support machine availability, performance, cost, and on-time delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Experience with CAD software for engineering drawings.
- Ability to work safely and follow OSHA regulations.
- Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
