Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing engineering support in fixture design, part inspection, process automation, CNC programming, and Fanuc robotics.
- Analyze manufacturing difficulties to determine root cause and define corrective actions.
- Implement and revise manufacturing documentation for machine work instructions and inspection sheets.
- Write technical reports to document engineering analysis and findings.
- Produce accurate engineering drawings using CAD for fixtures and tooling.
- Participate in operational and financial analysis to recommend new tooling and equipment.
- Support machine availability, performance, cost, and on-time delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD for engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data using Excel.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and machine safeguards.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
