Responsibilities
- Help develop and maintain manufacturing/engineering documentation and checklists
- Support NPI qualification planning and implementation
- Perform basic testing, data collection, and root-cause analysis
- Assist with designing and updating tooling, fixtures, and CAD models
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with 3D CAD (Creo, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Knowledge of mechanical design basics (materials, tolerances, GD&T)
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work hands-on
- Exposure to machining, 3D printing, or other manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Familiarity with DFM/DFA or basic FEA tools (preferred)
- Prior project or internship experience in manufacturing or mechanical design (preferred)
