Responsibilities
- Facilitate program definition activities with PACCAR teams.
- Integrate electrical/electronic features into vehicles.
- Manage engineering and project management processes.
- Plan and track validation testing of components.
- Support product launch at vehicle assembly plants.
- Ensure quality and reliability on all components.
- Provide interface documentation to design teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 0-1+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in automotive wiring harness design and electronic control modules.
- Knowledge of Design for Six Sigma techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CAD software like Creo, Siemens Capital, or Mentor Graphics preferred.
