Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Manage compliance with various regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
- Oversee capital budget and track spending.
- Solicit bids and monitor construction projects.
- Determine technical specifications for new equipment.
- Manage multi-functional projects from scheduling to budget management.
- Provide technical assistance to production and maintenance as needed.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor's/Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
