Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Solicit bids from contractors and review proposals for compliance.
- Monitor construction to ensure specifications and requirements are met.
- Maintain relationships with utility companies regarding plant power and maintenance.
- Facilitate plant and equipment improvements and manage projects through all phases.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic expertise.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related documents.
