Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Manage compliance with maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee capital budget and track spending.
- Solicit bids for projects and review proposals.
- Monitor construction projects for compliance with specifications.
- Determine technical specifications for new equipment.
- Facilitate improvements in plant and equipment processes.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor's or Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related documents.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
