Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Manage compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Own and track the capital budget.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel.
- Solicit bids and review proposals for new projects.
- Monitor construction projects for compliance with specifications.
- Facilitate improvements in plant equipment and processes.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic expertise.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading electrical, mechanical, and construction blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
