Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Manage compliance with regulations including OSHA and EPA.
- Own and manage the capital budget and track spending.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Solicit bids from contractors and review proposals for compliance.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure specifications are met.
- Facilitate improvements in plant and equipment processes.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Bachelor's or Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Competent in problem-solving, planning, and decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
