Responsibilities
- Ensure maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment for safety.
- Manage and track spending against the capital budget.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Solicit bids from contractors and review proposals for compliance.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure specifications are met.
- Determine technical specifications for new equipment and solicit proposals.
- Facilitate improvements in plant processes and equipment.
Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of engineering or maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial.
- Strong leadership and mechanical/electrical skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and related documents.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
