Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Manage capital budget and track spending.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Solicit bids from contractors and review proposals.
- Monitor construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Lead and implement medium to high complexity multi-functional projects.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical and control-system issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3 to 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in electrical systems and ability to read electrical schematics.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and tribal regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competence in problem solving and team collaboration.
