Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve plant equipment and processes with a focus on electrical systems and automation.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance and safety regulations.
- Manage capital budget and track spending.
- Communicate with internal and external personnel regarding job functions.
- Oversee construction projects and ensure specifications are met.
- Lead safety system upgrades and participate in safety audits.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and control-system issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong background in electrical systems and automation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and design capital improvement projects.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
