Responsibilities
- Design electronics PCBAs for spacecraft, including architecture, component selection, and circuit board design.
- Qualify designs through environmental testing, including vibration, shock, thermal, and thermal vacuum testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate designs into spacecraft systems and operate hardware in flight.
- Develop test equipment, development PCBAs, and test scripts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or 3+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Experience designing and testing electronics PCBAs in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have: experience with multi-layer PCBAs, high-speed digital applications, and kW scale isolated power converter design.
- Proficient with circuit simulation tools such as LTspice.
- Knowledge of filter design for stability and noise rejection.
- Experience programming in C/C++, Python, or Matlab.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
