Responsibilities
- Gather and organize data from system-level ground and environmental testing.
- Develop a structured framework for reliability analysis, including failure tracking and usage profiles.
- Assist in tracking and organizing flight test and reliability test data across multiple systems.
- Develop dashboards and databases to improve data visibility and traceability.
- Analyze test results to identify reliability risks and improvement opportunities.
- Support the development of continuous health monitoring concepts using test and flight data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable reliability improvements.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a MS or PhD in relevant engineering or data science fields.
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven engineering.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, MATLAB, or SQL.
- Ability to work with large datasets and draw technical insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Exposure to reliability engineering concepts is desired.
- Interest in aerospace systems, testing, or electric aircraft is preferred.
