Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of engineers to plan, execute, and document innovation workstreams
- Test and evaluate robotic components and subsystems
- Assemble and/or refurbish prototypes for testing
- Provide feedback and analyze performance-related issues
- Support design changes using Computer Aided Design (CAD)
- Analyze robotic components and design test fixtures
- Develop test metrics and run tests to evaluate new designs
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Outstanding academic record
- Experience with manufacturing methods and machine shop equipment
- Project or work experience using CAD systems such as CREO
- Ability to work in a dynamic, self-motivated environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational and planning skills
