Responsibilities
- Create and improve manufacturing assembly lines and processes.
- Design and implement fixtures, tools, and equipment for production.
- Analyze equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Modify equipment drawings for large-scale production.
- Conduct risk analysis and validate manufacturing processes.
- Support production line with engineering solutions for issues.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Technical analytical and troubleshooting expertise.
- Experience managing product and process changes.
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years in design or manufacturing engineering.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and CAD experience preferred.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing environments is a plus.
