Responsibilities
- Provide daily manufacturing engineering support for the production line.
- Conduct technical support and failure analysis for production components.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes and documentation.
- Establish and perform IQ/OQ/PQ on equipment and fixtures.
- Support Design Verification and Validation (V&V) activities.
- Execute validations on manufacturing lines and support quality compliance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in low/mid volume manufacturing of complex electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to drive corrective actions.
- Proficiency in statistical methods for data analysis.
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Proven time management and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in ISO 13485 medical device manufacturing is a plus.
