Responsibilities

  • Own operational execution for HVE customers, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Drive value throughout the hardware development and manufacturing lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hardware engineering and operations leaders.
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success professionals.
  • Conduct structured business reviews with customer stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer deployments.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

Job Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in electronics development, manufacturing, or hardware program leadership.
  • Experience across hardware development and manufacturing lifecycles, including NPI, PVT, Ramp, and Mass Production.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and coaching strong performers.
  • Understanding of the importance of manufacturing KPIs and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ownership and execution in high-pressure environments.
  • Ability to thrive in startup settings and solve ambiguous problems.
  • Strong communication skills to influence Director and VP-level stakeholders.
