Responsibilities

  • Own operational execution across High Volume Electronics customers, ensuring measurable outcomes.
  • Drive value in the hardware development and manufacturing lifecycle, including NPI, PVT, Ramp, and Mass Production.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hardware engineering, operations, and quality leaders.
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Success professionals for day-to-day engagement with customers.
  • Run structured business reviews with customer stakeholders to communicate outcomes and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally within Instrumental with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts to improve product quality and manufacturing margins.

Job Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in electronics development, manufacturing, or hardware program leadership.
  • Experience across hardware development and manufacturing lifecycles including NPI and Mass Production.
  • Proven track record of leading teams responsible for complex technical or operational programs.
  • Understanding of the importance of manufacturing KPIs and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Strong ownership and execution skills with examples of driving outcomes across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in startup environments and solve ambiguous problems.
  • Experience in building relationships with Director and VP-level stakeholders in hardware engineering and operations.
