Responsibilities
- Direct and guide the technical application engineering team for multiphase controllers and PoL modules.
- Manage personnel development and evaluate team efficiency.
- Implement the EP application roadmap with demo boards for various applications.
- Conduct annual reviews and manage team growth.
- Create and implement procedures for product definition and verification.
- Lead and contribute to product feature definition for power management solutions.
- Address technical and personnel issues effectively.
Job Requirements
- Leadership experience in power engineering teams.
- Knowledge of digital controllers and PoL for power management.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with semiconductor design processes and customer support.
- Detailed knowledge of industry specifications like SMBUS and PMBUS.
- Ability to collaborate across functions for project success.
- Approximately 15+ years in engineering design and 8+ years in managing application engineering teams.
