Responsibilities
- Direct and guide the technical application engineering team responsible for multiphase controllers and PoL modules.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel for the engineering group.
- Plan and implement the EP application roadmap with demo boards for various applications.
- Manage annual reviews and promotion plans for the team.
- Propose and implement technical improvements to controller designs.
- Engage in continuous learning and share insights with team members.
- Travel to provide on-site leadership and support.
Job Requirements
- Leadership experience in managing a technical power engineering team.
- Strong knowledge of digital controllers and PoL for power management.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge of semiconductor design processes and customer support.
- Hands-on experience with DC/DC switch mode power supplies.
- BSEE or MSEE preferred with relevant lab skills.
- Approximately 15+ years of experience in engineering design and customer support.
