Responsibilities
- Own EGSE hardware through the full lifecycle, including architecture, schematic development, fabrication, integration, validation, and deployment.
- Design, develop, integrate, and support electrical ground systems for engine testing, vehicle integration, and launch operations.
- Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, software, test, and operations teams to deliver reliable systems on aggressive schedules.
- Support bring-up, troubleshooting, calibration, and functional verification of EGSE hardware and interfaces.
- Develop interface control documents (ICDs), schematics, wiring documentation, and engineering release drawings.
- Ensure systems meet operational, reliability, and safety requirements for test and launch environments.
- Drive continuous improvement of GSE design standards and integration processes.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying EGSE or high-reliability electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical system design fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with hardware integration, electrical testing, and system troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with aerospace and industrial communication protocols and networking.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced development and test environments.
- Preferred skills include experience with CAD tools and knowledge of aerospace ground systems standards.
