Responsibilities
- Assist Total Vehicle Evaluation members on vehicle development activities.
- Learn from TVE Comprehensive Engineers and other HATCI members.
- Evaluate total vehicle performance including powertrain, ride and handling, NVH, brakes, ADAS, and human factors.
- Perform subjective vehicle evaluations and identify potential customer complaint issues.
- Develop and execute joint evaluation test plans for vehicle development activities.
- Summarize media reviews and customer feedback.
- Create and present technical reports.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with at least 2 years of automotive/dynamics-related coursework.
- Preferably at junior or senior standing.
- Automotive background or experience is desired.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills for report presentation.
- Ability to execute special projects as assigned.
- Flexibility in work hours.
