Responsibilities
- Design and document electrical circuits, schematics, and BOMs.
- Lead the creation of test fixtures and validation protocols for products.
- Provide insights during prototyping and new product introductions to enhance buildability.
- Ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Mentor production teams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Maintain documentation and manage engineering change orders (ECOs).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial automation, OEM machinery, or plant controls.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD tools.
- Experience with control panel assembly and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., UL 508A, NFPA 70E).
- Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
- Hands-on experience in building panels and tooling.
