Responsibilities
- Plan and drive the development of new fastener products and improvements.
- Collaborate with customers on fastener concepts and qualification activities.
- Oversee qualification testing and prepare qualification reports.
- Create and revise product drawings and specifications.
- Support Sales and Application Engineering activities.
- Conduct troubleshooting support for customers regarding fastener and installation system problems.
- Participate in cross-functional teams for manufacturing process improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a 4-year university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering.
- Knowledge of Aerospace forging, machining, and fastening processes preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on analytical methods.
- Ability to work on-site in Torrance, California.
