Responsibilities
- Plan and drive development of new fastener products and improvements.
- Collaborate with customers on fastener concepts and qualification activities.
- Oversee qualification testing and prepare qualification reports.
- Create and revise product drawings and specifications.
- Support Sales and Application Engineering activities.
- Participate in manufacturing process improvement teams.
- Prepare and document Design and Development activities in accordance with AS9100 Quality standard.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from a four-year university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering.
- Knowledge of aerospace forging, machining, and fastening processes preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and comply with ITAR regulations.
