Responsibilities
- Plan and drive development of new fastener products.
- Collaborate with customers on fastener concepts and qualifications.
- Prepare product samples and tests for customers.
- Oversee qualification testing and prepare reports.
- Create and revise product drawings and specifications.
- Support Sales and Application Engineering activities.
- Participate in manufacturing process improvement teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience.
- Knowledge of aerospace forging and machining processes preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with analytical abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Torrance, California.
