Responsibilities
- Work with floor personnel to gather samples and discover methods to improve tool quality and efficiency.
- Create work instructions where needed.
- Manage and organize multiple priorities.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Participate in kaizens and continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering.
- Junior or Senior standing preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
