Responsibilities
- Design and analyze benchmarking tools and develop enhancements.
- Reduce costs and cycle times through improved facility design and control standardization.
- Mature Model Based Design capabilities through tool development.
- Identify and prioritize CS Capital projects and execution.
- Lead and inspire a large team with a focus on hiring, retention, and training.
- Develop strategies to maximize team capabilities and resources.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate automation principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines.
