Responsibilities
- Design and analyze tool benchmarking, development, and enhancement.
- Reduce costs and cycle times through improved facility design and control standardization.
- Mature Model Based Design capability through tool development and implementation.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute CS Capital projects.
- Inspire and manage a team with a focus on hiring, retention, and training.
- Develop strategies to leverage global resources for team capability enhancement.
- Partner with product Centers of Excellence to drive design for automation principles.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
- Over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership roles.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines.
- Proven track record of successful project execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
