Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D and some 2D CAD models of skidded pump and compressor packages
- Detailed design of auxiliary systems including piping, tubing, fittings, filters, heaters, heat exchangers, pumps, motors, instrumentation, and base plates
- Create detailed customer and fabrication/assembly drawings
- Perform engineering changes (ECs) on existing drawings
- Model new vendor parts as necessary
- Support multiple concurrent projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Proficient in 3D CAD modeling
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Ability to create complex system assemblies
- Ability to understand and create P&ID diagrams
- Background in skidded equipment design for oil/gas/petrochemical is preferred
- Knowledge of industry standards and practices (i.e. API, ASME, NACE) is a plus
