Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to R&O factory operations.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machining programs.
- Support robotic programming initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Execute cost reduction projects.
- Support in-house and supplier repair development efforts.
- Lead value engineering activities for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
- 1 or more years of engineering experience.
- Ability to read, modify, and write CNC programs.
- Familiarity with mills, lathes, and grinders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Proficiency with Excel, Access, and Microsoft Office tools.
