Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support to R&O factory operations.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC and manual machining programs.
- Support robotic programming initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction opportunities.
- Execute cost reduction projects for the aftermarket value proposition.
- Support repair development efforts, including project planning.
- Lead value engineering activities focused on continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
- 1 or more years of engineering experience.
- Ability to read, modify, and write CNC programs.
- Experience reviewing 3D CAD design blueprints.
- Strong understanding of machining sequences and operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
