Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and production processes.
- Support maintenance technicians with engineering-level guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain production documentation and ensure accuracy.
- Support preventive maintenance development by identifying critical inspection points.
- Assist with equipment commissioning and process validation during upgrades.
- Analyze process and equipment failures and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
- Experience with Siemens-integrated equipment, 6-axis robots, and vision control systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in reading and creating mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Desired: Master’s degree and Six Sigma certification.
