Responsibilities
- Design parts and assemblies for power converters, including enclosures and heatsinks.
- Employ manufacturing processes such as injection molding and diecasting.
- Optimize parts through structural and thermal analysis.
- Create 3D designs and 2D drawings using CATIA V6/3DX.
- Perform hands-on work like prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing engineering teams.
- Own parts and assemblies from concept to production.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong history of designing mechanical parts through projects.
- Proficiency with a 3D CAD program, preferably CATIA V6/3DX.
- Basic understanding of electronics and first principles design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
