Responsibilities
- Design test fixtures and interfaces
- Perform analysis to determine target test points and ensure test safety margins
- Organize and run test design reviews with cross-functional teams
- Create manufacturing plans for test components and monitor build progress
- Design and release flight-like hardware for testing
- Collaborate with hardware owners to define testing requirements
- Assist in data collection to inform and verify design decisions
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university
- Practical experience in designing, building, and testing vehicles
- Strong interest in testing and understanding of engineering principles
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Enthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus's mission
