Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, build, and test of flight and test hardware supporting the Mk 2.3 airframe
- Support detailed project planning and execution for hardware delivery
- Assist in translating structural design concepts into detailed CAD models
- Transition structural components from prototype builds to production
- Identify opportunities to simplify designs and improve manufacturability
- Support development of build processes, tooling concepts, and integration plans
- Assist in developing and executing test plans for hardware validation
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience in designing, building, and testing vehicles
- Must be enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited institution
- Strong interest in vehicle hardware and engineering principles
- Comfort with CAD, test equipment, and hand tools
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and GD&T fundamentals
- Ability to work within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
