Responsibilities
- Provide design feedback to enhance manufacturability and integration of fluid and propulsion systems.
- Maintain build roadmaps to align stakeholders and minimize build serialization.
- Develop and release work instructions and standard processes for high-quality execution.
- Lead first-article builds and resolve issues in real time.
- Own design and process trades to support scalable manufacturing.
- Drive make-vs-buy decisions while collaborating with different teams.
- Support test readiness activities and ensure technical issues are addressed promptly.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware integration or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices.
- Understanding of GD&T, CAD modeling, and first-principles design.
- Proven communication skills across various engineering domains.
- Initiative and ownership in defining and implementing new processes.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing and test environment.
