Responsibilities
- Provide design feedback for manufacturability and integration of fluid and propulsion systems.
- Establish build roadmaps and align stakeholders for hardware deliveries.
- Develop and release build CONOPS and work instructions for high-quality execution.
- Lead first-article builds and resolve issues in real-time.
- Drive make-vs-buy decisions and collaborate with various teams.
- Provide hands-on support during build and integration operations.
- Champion continuous improvement and a safety-first mindset in production.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on hardware integration experience.
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices and tolerance analysis.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, CAD modeling, and first-principles design.
- Proven communication skills across technical teams.
- Initiative to define and implement new processes.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment.
