Responsibilities
- Provide design feedback to improve manufacturability and integration of fluid and propulsion systems.
- Establish build roadmaps for assemblies to align stakeholders and minimize build serialization.
- Develop and release build CONOPS, work instructions, and standard processes for execution.
- Lead first-article builds and resolve issues in a rapid-development environment.
- Own design and process trades to support scalable manufacturing infrastructure.
- Drive make-vs-buy decisions and collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams.
- Support test readiness activities, including functional tests and integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware integration of fluid or propulsion systems.
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, CAD modeling, and first-principles design.
- Proven communication skills across design, manufacturing, and test organizations.
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to define and implement processes.
- Willingness to work hands-on in a manufacturing and test environment.
