Responsibilities
- Provide design feedback to enhance manufacturability and integration for fluid and propulsion systems.
- Establish and maintain build roadmaps for assigned assemblies.
- Develop and release build CONOPS, work instructions, and standard processes.
- Lead first-article builds and resolve issues in real-time.
- Own design, process, and capital equipment trades for production capabilities.
- Drive make-vs-buy decisions and collaborate with design and manufacturing teams.
- Support test readiness activities including functional tests and integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in hardware integration or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with aerospace assembly best practices and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Strong understanding of GD&T, CAD modeling, and first-principles design.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical teams.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in process implementation.
- Willingness to be hands-on in a manufacturing and test environment.
