Responsibilities
- Design, test, and integrate GNC systems, electrical hardware, control software, power distribution, and RF communications.
- Take charge of designing and testing custom electrical systems for ground test and flight applications.
- Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of designs at the sub-system and integrated system level.
- Work across disciplines to create control and instrumentation systems for various aircraft systems.
- Collaborate with the avionics team as a system-level architect and expert in specialized areas.
- Participate in the design and development process for hypersonic aircraft.
- Support test campaigns, potentially requiring travel on short notice.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in electrical hardware design, control systems, and related areas.
- Familiarity with test and simulation tools (DMM, Oscilloscope, etc.).
- Experience with design and version control software (Altium Designer, Git, etc.).
- Knowledge of avionics devices and aerospace industry standards.
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work hands-on and be part of engineering project teams.
