Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations and exposure to the aerospace industry.
- Analyze historical production performance trends to forecast planning rates and identify areas for process improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.
- Assist in master data review and improvement to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Contribute to the Management of Change (MoC) process for high-impact projects.
- Participate in digital transformation efforts at the site, supporting innovation and modernization.
- Collaborate with Henkel colleagues worldwide on exciting projects.
Job Requirements
- An undergraduate student graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret production trends and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience or interest in using Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Willingness to learn new skills and advance in a career.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
- Interest in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
