Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze historical production performance trends to forecast planning rates.
  • Identify areas for process improvement.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist in master data review and improvement for accuracy across systems.
  • Contribute to the Management of Change (MoC) process for high-impact projects.
  • Participate in digital transformation efforts at the site.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate student (senior) pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret production trends and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience or interest in using Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation.
