Responsibilities
- Analyze historical production performance trends to forecast planning rates.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Support process improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Assist in master data review and improvement for accuracy across systems.
- Contribute to the Management of Change (MoC) process for high-impact projects.
- Participate in digital transformation efforts at the site.
- Collaborate with colleagues worldwide on exciting projects.
Job Requirements
- Must be an undergraduate student (senior) pursuing a degree in relevant fields (Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering).
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret production trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in using Power BI for data visualization.
- Ability to work approximately 40 hours/week.
- Willingness to engage in learning opportunities and networking events.
- Open to feedback discussions throughout the internship.
