Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical production performance trends to forecast planning rates.
  • Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support process improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
  • Assist in master data review and improvement for accuracy across systems.
  • Contribute to the Management of Change (MoC) process for high-impact projects.
  • Participate in digital transformation efforts at the site.
  • Collaborate with colleagues worldwide on exciting projects.

Job Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate student (senior) pursuing a degree in relevant fields (Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering).
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret production trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Interest in using Power BI for data visualization.
  • Ability to work approximately 40 hours/week.
  • Willingness to engage in learning opportunities and networking events.
  • Open to feedback discussions throughout the internship.
