Responsibilities
- Design, test, troubleshoot, and support high voltage electrical power systems.
- Oversee the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of high-power electrical systems.
- Develop electrical system architecture and produce electrical schematics.
- Provide cost-effective, scalable, and reliable design solutions through technical peer review.
- Collaborate with operators during machine commissioning and throughout the machine's lifecycle.
- Manage cost, schedule, and resource estimates related to design and delivery timelines.
- Apply rigorous engineering practices in the development of electrical systems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics and complex electrical engineering.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- Experience in design, fabrication, installation, and testing of electrical systems.
- Strong background with solid state switching technologies and power electronic components.
- Technical expertise in engineering concepts, principles, and project leadership.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills with standard benchtop tools and software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, LTSpice, SIMtrex/Simplis, Altium, and Matlab.
