Responsibilities
- Design and implement rate-based assembly processes.
- Manage interdisciplinary projects to increase throughput of the capacitor line.
- Develop new business processes for production line growth.
- Gather data to identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Identify high return-on-investment capabilities to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate on future process development while supporting current production output.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of technical work experience in production systems.
- Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Ability to communicate and influence across organizational lines.
- Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes.
