Responsibilities
- Design and implement rate-based assembly processes with support from Production and Engineering.
- Manage interdisciplinary projects to increase rate and throughput of the capacitor line.
- Develop new business processes for non-conformance management, process control, and asset maintenance.
- Gather data to identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Identify high return-on-investment capabilities to improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate on the development of future processes while supporting current production output.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of technical work experience in production systems development and improvement.
- Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based and high-volume manufacturing.
- Experience in communicating with and influencing partners across organizational lines.
- Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes.
