Responsibilities
- Source electronic components and assemblies in collaboration with engineering and production.
- Identify and maintain relationships with vendors to develop a robust supply chain.
- Lead bidding efforts and negotiate contract terms with vendors.
- Manage existing contracts, including manufacturing service agreements and stocking programs.
- Create purchase orders and resolve issues related to invoices and receiving.
- Maintain accurate ERP vendor and order data.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic supply chain leadership with a focus on high-value spend.
- Expertise in sourcing complex electromechanical systems and capital equipment.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and ramp new suppliers while managing risk.
- Strong partnership skills with engineering and program leadership in dynamic environments.
- Advanced negotiation and contracting experience.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor others.
