Responsibilities
- Own the integration of electrical components and subsystems into full systems
- Define, maintain, and enforce system-level requirements and interface control documents (ICDs)
- Lead the design, documentation, and validation of electrical harnesses
- Collaborate with and manage harness suppliers
- Work hands-on in the lab during system bring-up and debugging
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with system goals
- Drive continuous improvement in integration processes and documentation practices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical system integration, test, or design engineering
- Strong background in electrical schematics, harness design, and interconnect systems
- Experience with system-level requirements and ICDs
- Proficiency with CAD/eCAD tools for harness and schematic design
- Hands-on experience with system bring-up and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and communicate effectively
