Responsibilities
- Construct, test, and troubleshoot prototype and production loudspeakers and subassemblies.
- Report progress to the Mechanical or Acoustic Systems Engineer.
- Support Systems Engineers in product development and sustaining engineering.
- Prepare for lab tours and presentations.
- Engage in other assigned projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge in Acoustics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Audio Production.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks and 3D printing.
- Must provide own housing and transportation.
- Unrestricted work authorization and availability for 12 weeks during summer.
