Responsibilities
- Support the multidisciplinary technical team in reactor design and thermal-hydraulics.
- Assist in regulatory analysis related to nuclear energy.
- Contribute to mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with engineers and project leads on development efforts.
- Engage in research and development activities for advanced nuclear technology.
- Gain exposure to the commercialization process of microreactors.
- Participate in team meetings and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in nuclear energy and decarbonization.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Exposure to reactor physics tools and thermal-fluids modeling is a plus.
- Familiarity with CAD and mechanical design tools is beneficial.
- Self-starter attitude with a passion for clean energy innovation.
