Responsibilities
- Define and own test architecture for various stages including incoming inspection and end-of-line acceptance.
- Design and build production-grade test fixtures and instrumentation racks.
- Develop and maintain automated test sequences using Python, LabVIEW, or similar frameworks.
- Commission test stations, support pilot builds, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance usability and serviceability.
- Codify reusable infrastructure and troubleshooting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and reliability standards.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering or related fields.
- Proven experience in taking a test station from requirements to production commissioning.
- Strong fundamentals in electrical test and measurement.
- Hands-on experience with automated test frameworks.
- Knowledge of MSA/Gauge R&R and root cause analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in EE, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related STEM fields.
- Familiarity with electrical safety and reliability standards.
