Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
- Lead the development of systematic improvements within the factory.
- Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets.
- Conduct thorough analysis and deploy effective solutions for operational challenges.
- Implement production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure sustainable solutions are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing production processes.
- Proficiency in solving technical or operations problems.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Experience with software approaches (SQL, VBA, Python) is a plus.
