Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and implement sustainable solutions.
- Identify areas for systematic improvements within the factory and lead the development of solutions.
- Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets to increase production rates.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Analyze complex operational challenges and deploy effective solutions.
- Support the introduction of capabilities for future technological advancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably leading projects.
- Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in solving technical or operational problems.
- Ability for occasional travel up to 20% of the time.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
