Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
- Lead the development of systematic improvements within the factory.
- Redesign existing processes and introduce new assets for increased production rates.
- Conduct thorough analysis of operational challenges and deploy effective solutions.
- Provide insights that inform longer-term technological advancements.
- Collaborate with teams to implement sustainable solutions rather than temporary fixes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role with project leadership.
- Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in solving technical or operational problems.
- Ability for occasional travel up to 20%.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
