Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis to address complex problems.
- Identify areas for systematic improvements within the factory.
- Lead the redesign of existing processes and introduction of new processes and assets.
- Conduct thorough analysis and deploy effective solutions for operational optimizations.
- Provide insights that inform longer-term technological advancements.
- Collaborate with teams to implement sustainable solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in developing and implementing production processes/systems.
- Proficiency in solving technical or operations problems.
- Ability for occasional travel up to 35%.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
