Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Perform detailed root cause analysis to address complex problems.
- Identify areas for systematic improvements within the factory.
- Lead the redesign of existing processes and introduce new assets.
- Develop and implement production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
- Execute projects effectively in a manufacturing setting.
- Collaborate with teams to create pragmatic solutions for operational inefficiencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proven track record in project execution in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in solving complex technical or operational problems.
- Ability for occasional travel up to 35% of the time.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Familiarity with software approaches (SQL, VBA, Python, etc.) is a plus.
