The Manufacturing Engineer - Factory Development is responsible for advancing manufacturing capabilities through project management, system building, and problem-solving, focusing on operational and technical challenges to support rapid production scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
  • Lead the development of systematic improvements within the factory.
  • Redesign existing processes and introduce new processes and assets.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and deploy effective solutions for operational challenges.
  • Provide insights for longer-term technological advancements.
  • Ensure project execution in a manufacturing setting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
  • Proven track record of project execution in manufacturing.
  • Experience in developing and implementing production processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in solving technical or operations problems.
  • Ability for occasional travel up to 35%.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
