Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and buildout of future Hadrian factories.
- Establish factory-wide operational standards.
- Design functional factory areas and oversee major installation projects.
- Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.
- Analyze and resolve complex operational and technical challenges.
- Conduct in-depth technical investigations to identify underlying problems.
- Implement robust, long-term solutions over temporary fixes.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role (project leadership preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or another STEM field.
- Demonstrated success in process/system development within high-growth settings.
- Strong track record in project execution.
- Proven ability to solve deep technical and operational issues.
- Experience in facility deployment and construction (preferred).
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
