Responsibilities
- Take ownership of critical projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct detailed root cause analysis to understand complex problems.
- Identify areas within the factory that require systematic improvements.
- Lead the redesign of existing processes and introduction of new processes and assets.
- Develop and implement production processes/systems in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in solving deep technical or operations problems.
- Manage occasional travel up to 20% of the time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field, or 5 years of leadership experience in production.
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role.
- Proven track record of project execution in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Familiarity with software approaches (SQL, VBA, Python) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills in technical or operations contexts.
- Ability to work in a high-intensity production environment.
