Responsibilities
- Perform DFM analyses using internal software tools to optimize cost and quality.
- Generate costing models and develop customer-facing proposals based on technical information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement software and manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze industry data to inform automation technology and manufacturing market decisions.
- Monitor factory performance to ensure quality standards and process integrity.
- Evaluate designs using knowledge of materials and manufacturing terminology.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality production outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with impactful project leadership.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with CAD tools for translating designs into manufacturable solutions.
- Background in developing and implementing production processes in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: Basic software programming experience (SQL, MATLAB, Python).
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools like CNC machines or lathes.
