Responsibilities
- Perform DFM analyses to ensure compatibility with Hadrian's factories and make recommendations for optimization.
- Generate costing models and develop customer proposals based on part technical information.
- Develop internal tools in partnership with stakeholders to meet production needs.
- Analyze industry data to inform automation technology and manufacturing market decisions.
- Monitor factory performance to optimize software and ensure quality standards.
- Evaluate designs using knowledge of materials and manufacturing terminology for high-quality production outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related STEM field, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a degree.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with project leadership.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with CAD tools for translating designs into manufacturable solutions.
- Experience in developing and implementing production processes in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: Basic software programming knowledge (SQL, MATLAB, Python).
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools like CNC machines or lathes.
