Responsibilities
- Perform DFM analyses using internal software tools to ensure compatibility with Hadrian's factories.
- Generate costing models and develop customer-facing proposals based on part technical information.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement software and manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze industry data to inform automation technology and manufacturing market decisions.
- Monitor factory performance to optimize software and maintain quality standards.
- Evaluate designs using knowledge of materials and manufacturing terminology for high-quality production.
- Utilize CAD tools to translate designs into manufacturable solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with project leadership.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience developing and implementing production processes in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools such as CNC machines.
- Familiarity with basic software programming (SQL, MATLAB, Python) is preferred.
- Personal or project portfolio demonstrating applied manufacturing skills is a plus.
