Responsibilities
- Perform DFM analyses using internal software tools for compatibility with Hadrian's factories.
- Generate costing models and develop customer-facing proposals based on part technical information.
- Partner with stakeholders to strategize and implement software and manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze industry data to inform Hadrian’s automation technology and manufacturing market decisions.
- Monitor factory performance to optimize software and ensure quality standards.
- Evaluate designs using knowledge of materials and manufacturing terminology for high-quality production outcomes.
- Translate designs into manufacturable solutions using CAD tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field, or 4+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-intensity production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably with impactful projects.
- Proficiency in GD&T and ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Experience with CAD tools for manufacturable solutions.
- Experience developing production processes in fast-paced environments.
- Preferred: Basic software programming skills (SQL, MATLAB, Python).
- Preferred: Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools (CNC machines, sheet metal brakes, lathes).
