Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for strategic customer accounts.
- Lead and develop the Applications Engineering team, establishing execution priorities and methodologies.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials & Process Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Oversee process development, build planning, and throughput optimization.
- Establish structured problem-solving and continuous improvement practices.
- Guide requirements definition, technical reviews, and qualification planning.
- Ensure scalable, production-ready outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in metal additive manufacturing applications engineering.
- 2+ years of people leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with metal additive manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting parts and processes from prototype through qualification.
- Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (preferred).
- Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (preferred).
