Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls design for automated manufacturing robotic cells.
- Write and maintain PLC applications using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Design and debug control panels to industrial standards.
- Commission and debug automation systems on the production floor.
- Diagnose and resolve control system and hardware issues.
- Develop standards, documentation, and procedures for automation deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
- Experience with Siemens automation systems and programming.
- Knowledge of designing and commissioning electrical systems.
- Strong skills in integrating sensors and performing risk assessments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and lead root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must comply with ITAR requirements for U.S. Government space technology.
