Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls design for automated manufacturing robotic cells.
- Write and maintain PLC applications using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Design and debug control panels to industrial standards.
- Commission and debug automation systems on the production floor.
- Diagnose and resolve control system and hardware issues.
- Develop standards, documentation, and procedures for automation deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
- Experience with Siemens automation systems and programming.
- Experience designing and commissioning electrical systems and panels.
- Strong skills in integrating sensors and performing risk assessments.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- U.S. citizenship or eligibility for required authorizations due to ITAR regulations.
