Responsibilities
- Lead the electrical and controls design for automated manufacturing robotic cells.
- Write and maintain PLC applications using Siemens TIA Portal.
- Design and debug control panels to industrial standards (NFPA 79, UL 508A).
- Develop and maintain electrical documentation, wiring diagrams, and BOMs.
- Commission and debug automation systems on the production floor.
- Diagnose and resolve control system and hardware issues.
- Develop standards, documentation, and procedures for scalable automation deployment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or computer science.
- Experience with Siemens automation systems and programming.
- Experience designing and commissioning electrical systems and panels to industrial safety standards.
- Strong skills in integrating sensors and performing risk assessments according to safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems using diagnostic tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
