Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test propulsion fluid systems, including feed systems and tank pressurization.
- Own propulsion subsystem architecture elements from concept to hardware integration.
- Lead system-level trade studies for performance, weight, power, and cost evaluation.
- Plan and execute integration and test campaigns for propulsion systems.
- Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including requirements and test plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering teams for system compatibility.
- Support environmental qualification and acceptance testing for propulsion systems.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
- Knowledge of propulsion or fluid system components.
- Familiarity with CAD and FEA packages such as NX and NASTRAN.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements.
- Bonus points for hands-on experience with fluid system hardware integration and testing.
- Genuine enthusiasm for advancing propulsion technology.
