Responsibilities
- Author, select, and refine manufacturing methodologies and techniques.
- Generate and execute plans to validate new manufacturing processes.
- Drive designs for manufacturability, safety, cost, and operability.
- Oversee investigation and resolution of quality issues.
- Implement processes and controls for mission success.
- Identify and execute upgrades for equipment and factory layout.
- Review drawings and conduct DFM analyses.
Job Requirements
- Experience with complex projects from design to hardware manifestation.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and fluid system design.
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing methods.
- Proficiency in CAD packages like NX.
- Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics.
- 5+ years of industry experience in relevant fields.
