Responsibilities
- Lead technical and programmatic execution of the kick stage.
- Instill technical rigor while maintaining urgency to meet business goals.
- Own the successful delivery of the product.
- Evaluate new mission use cases and align with portfolio products.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams and engage in technical details.
- Identify and solve issues that threaten the program.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
- Proven ownership of complex projects.
- Ability to understand and drive from first principles.
- Deep understanding of rocket vehicle disciplines.
- Familiarity with ground support systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typically 10-15 years of experience in launch vehicle and/or spacecraft development.
