Responsibilities
- Lead the operations workstream within the Product Life-Cycle (PLC) of hardware products.
- Gather operational requirements, identify risks, and establish mitigation plans.
- Develop and manage integrated schedules and project plans.
- Collaborate with partner teams to evaluate and prepare new hardware/software requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between data center technicians and engineering teams.
- Support testing, systems integration, and data center enhancements.
- Represent operations in cross-functional design reviews and phase entry/exit reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with technical hardware design or system design.
- Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Life Cycle (PLC).
- Preferred experience with servers, storage, network, and machine learning infrastructure.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across partner teams.
- Excellent risk management skills.
