Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand defined work problems and program goals.
- Prioritize program goals and translate stakeholders' needs into prioritized deliverables.
- Define project scope and manage project plans for supported programs.
- Review key metrics for programs and monitor potential deviations.
- Identify and communicate with relevant stakeholders to drive impact towards mutual goals.
- Build and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
- Manage cross-functional projects and communicate technical trade-offs with engineers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in all phases of product development, from prototype to mass production.
- Experience working on hardware engineering or manufacturing engineering teams.
- Preferred: 5 years managing cross-functional projects in the consumer hardware industry.
- Strong technical expertise to lead complex projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive stakeholders.
