Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand and identify program goals and deliverables.
- Prioritize program goals and translate stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
- Define project scope and develop, execute, and manage project plans.
- Review key metrics, monitor deviations, and define corrective actions.
- Communicate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to drive program impact.
- Build, maintain, and enhance business and operational dashboards.
- Manage cross-functional projects within the hardware development team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in all phases of product development from prototype to mass production.
- Experience working on hardware engineering or manufacturing engineering teams.
- Preferred experience managing cross-functional projects in the consumer hardware industry.
- Strong communication skills for discussing technical tradeoffs with engineers and executives.
- Ability to identify risks and manage project schedules effectively.
