Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full program lifecycle for Audio, Bluetooth offload, and Connectivity initiatives.
- Manage dependencies and deliverables across engineering teams focused on audio processing and connectivity.
- Communicate with vendors/OEMs on technical topics and drive work-streams.
- Triage and assess technical issues related to audio and connectivity.
- Develop systems for continuous improvements and optimizations in the program space.
- Monitor and communicate program progress, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on product and engineering objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with consumer electronics and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Knowledge of BSP, Audio, Bluetooth, and connectivity technologies.
- Experience in applying change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
