Responsibilities
- Participate in on-call activities and manage systems within the domain.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and evaluate technical data.
- Develop recommendations for systems and services within the domain.
- Respond to tickets/bugs within team-defined Service-level Objectives (SLOs).
- Work with customers to define distributed systems requirements.
- Test procedures and propose solutions for system issues.
- Collaborate with primary responders to fix system issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience with systems automation and design/implementation.
- 3 years of experience with technical infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
- Experience with diagnostics and network diagnostics.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience working with vendors or customers.
- Preferred: Experience with Go or Python.
- Preferred: Experience with reliability engineering.
