Responsibilities
- Set the outlook for the robotics stack, guiding architecture, systems design, and integration.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, embedded, and software disciplines.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews with software and system teams to identify and address potential gaps in technical design.
- Participate in design reviews to address technical challenges, document design decisions, specifications, and test procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of professional experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience in shipping full-stack robotics systems and robotics applications development.
- Knowledge in robotic control, planning, kinematics, and mechatronic systems.
- Experience with sensor integration and calibration for robotics applications.
- Project management or leadership experience, including leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, sensor fusion, and robotics programming languages.
