Responsibilities
- Set the outlook for the robotics stack, guiding architecture and systems design.
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across various disciplines.
- Lead hardware architecture reviews to identify and address technical design gaps.
- Participate in design reviews to document decisions, specifications, and test procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of professional experience in mechatronics engineering and robotics product development.
- Experience in developing and shipping full-stack robotics systems.
- Familiarity with sensor integration and calibration for robotics applications.
- Project management or leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with embedded systems and robotics programming languages.
- Knowledge of motion control systems and human-robot interaction design.
