Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional program teams within Google with external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
- Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality, and capacity parameters.
- Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
- Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners, including material availability and capacity readiness.
- Motivate cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain while accounting for risks and changes in schedule or demand.
- Advocate for operational excellence in bringing new products to market.
- Communicate project requirements and schedules clearly with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience working in networking, cloud, or data center environments.
- Experience managing NPI programs for Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) hardware.
- Knowledge of hardware Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly/test processes.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate across teams and manage project schedules.
